All rates quoted in U.S. dollars. Double rates are for two persons.
In all cases the word “person” refers to adults or children.
One Bedroom Suites can be configured for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years or for 3 adults only.
RATES INCLUSIVE OF SERVICE CHARGE AND ALL TAXES.

Minimum Stay Requirements
There are minimum night requirements for stays within or overlapping the dates below:24 November – 01 December 2008 – 7 nights
20 December 2008 - 06 January 2009 - 14 nights
01 – 28 February 2009 – 7 nights
08 – 15 April 2009 – 7 nights
23 - 30 November 2009 – 7 nights
There are no arrivals between 25 December 2008 and 02 January 2009.
Child Policy
The Sandpiper welcomes families however children under 12 years cannot be accommodated during the period 15 January – 15 March. Children under 5 years of age are not allowed in the restaurant or lounge after 7.00 p.m.
Children under 16 years cannot occupy a room alone. (Not applicable to communicating rooms.)
Closure Dates
The Sandpiper will be closed for annual refurbishment and staff holidays during the periods 23 August – 08 October 2008 and 15 August – 07 October 2009. Cancellation and “No Show” Policy
We recommend that our guests take out insurance against possible cancellation charges which may be due to the following. In cases of “No Shows” or cancellations within 28 days of arrival during the winter (excluding Christmas), and within 14 days of arrival during the summer, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed. Between 15 December 2008 and 08 January 2009 a charge of 7 nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs, the full charge is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the booking, there will be no charge. Deposit Requirement
Summer: For stays of 1 – 3 nights duration a deposit of 1 nights rate is required. For stays of 4 nights a deposit of 2 nights rate is required. For stays of 5 nights or longer a deposit of 3 nights rate is required. Winter: For stays of 1 – 3 nights duration a deposit of 1 nights room rate is required. For stays of 4 nights a deposit of 2 nights rate is required. For stays of 5 – 13 nights a deposit of 3 nights is required. For stays of 14 nights or longer a deposit of 5 nights is required. Over the Christmas/New Year period a deposit of 7 nights rate is required.
